There is no fee to participate on this full time one year programme.

A comprehensive range of start up support is being made available to potential participants including

Financial Support
Participants locating in Northern Ireland or the 6 border counties of the Republic of Ireland may apply for funding from Invest Northern Ireland or Enterprise Ireland if they are leaving full-time employment and committed to developing an export focused business idea.

High Quality Enterprise Development Training Programme
The TRANSFORM Ideas into Businesses Programme will provide best in class training and will encompass a mix of workshops and residentials.

Incubation Space & Facilities
Each incubation centre provides access to a range of facilities including telephone, broadband, meeting & dining rooms, and office facilities like photocopier, fax, etc.

One to One Expertise
Mentors within the programme will work both on a one-to-one basis and within a team setting with participants providing expert advice. Mentors will be sourced specifically for each participant to ensure that an appropriate match is made between mentor and participant.

Other Support
A proven way of enhancing your learning is to see how others are performing. During 2008 Transform participants will have the opportunity to visit an International Market to develop a better understanding of their proposed market. Visit organisation, travel, accommodation and some subsistence costs will be paid for by the programme.
