The programme will be run a dedicated Programme Director (backed by a Team) who will have total responsibility for delivering all aspects of the programme to the satisfaction of participants and funders. The programme will be flexible enough to allow for changes to the training programme should participants need specific workshops etc

Training will be delivered in two areas namely

• the North West cross border area

Group training sessions are likely to take place on a rotating basis between Derry, Letterkenny and Sligo

• the North East cross border area

Group training sessions are likely to take place on a rotating basis between Dundalk and Newry.
